Spacious and comfortable waterfront vacation home in Ticonderoga, NY, at the northern end of Lake George. Located on a quiet, dead-end street, this completely renovated house offers all the "comforts of home" while situated in a breathtakingly beautiful vacation setting.

Enjoy swimming and boating or lounging in the backyard. This home is situated on a 5-mph no-wake zone, so you can enjoy the serenity and peaceful atmosphere. Unlike most of the Lake George shoreline and lake bottom which is rocky and steep, this house is situated on a level piece of land with a gently sloping lawn which leads to 100 feet of waterfront.  Water depth starts at less than a foot and is about four foot deep at the end of the 40 foot dock. The bottom is clay and sand. Bring your own boat and tie right up to one side of the dock. Or enjoy using our 14 foot aluminum row boat, Old Town Discovery 169 canoe, Old Town Predator SS155, Ocean Kayak Prowler Big Game Fisherman or Hobie Outback SUV Mirage Kayak. Oars and paddles provided as well as all required safety items including boat cushions and life vests.  Within a five minute ride, you can be on the large Northern Basin and enjoy water skiing, cruising, sightseeing and great fishing. Or take a ride to Lake George Village, park at the public docks and enjoy a walk around town, visit Fort William Henry, and have lunch at one of the many fine restaurants.  Or just stay at home and relax on the new 44 foot splinter-free synthetic Rhino deck and relax. The kitchen, sunroom, master bedroom and one additional bedroom all look out over the lake and the Adirondack mountains.  Brand new Pella Sliders provide easy access from the magnificent knotty pine sun room to the deck as well as sliders from the master bedroom. The master bedroom has its own brand-new spacious bathroom. There are four other freshly-renovated bedrooms (with hardwood floors) and another brand new full bathroom. The house comfortably accommodates up to twelve people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a decorator side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water ice maker, Jen Air electric vented stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, new Corelle for 12 and new flatware. Everything you need for a gourmet meal.  And a dishwasher for quick clean up.  The water comes from a brand new deep-drilled well. The lake water is so pure, many lakefront residents use it for drinking. But we have filters installed for additional purity and safety. The whole house generator will automatically turn on should we have a power failure so the central air will keep you cool. Books, board games, premium cable TV, DVD/VCR, stereo and a computer with high speed Internet and a printer are all available for the occasional rainy day.  Or use the printer to print out directions to your destination for the day.

Nearby amenities include a marina, free public boat launch, 18 hole golf course, Fort Ticonderoga, the Forts at Crown Point and Lake Champlain. The ferry at Ticonderoga will take your car over to Vermont where you can enjoy the beautiful Green Mountains and many nearby attractions. Ausable Cavern is just up the Northway and you can be in Montreal within a couple of hours.
